James F. Knott Property Management Company manages the Realty Group’s residential and commercial properties on a daily basis, overseeing tenant fit-outs and interior and exterior maintenance. General maintenance is critical for us, since our goal is to build and maintain our portfolio for the long term. And because the Knott organization values curb appeal as much as our clients do, we take excellent care to ensure that each property looks its best at all times.

Our property management and physical maintenance strategies are driven by the same pride of ownership. Rather than relying on contractors to define and implement programs, we thoroughly vet all solutions with an eye towards minimal disturbance to our tenants during preventative maintenance and repairs.
