The James F. Knott Development Corporation, a division of James F. Knott Realty Group, is the coordinator of the numerous activities involved in Knott's real estate development projects, ranging from the renovation and re-leasing of existing buildings to the purchase of raw land and the sale of improved parcels. Typically, Knott will purchase a tract of land, determine the property's marketing strategy, develop the building program and design, obtain the necessary public approval and financing, build the structure, and lease, manage and own the property. We provide fully-integrated development and construction management services for new buildings, redevelopment of existing buildings and tenant improvement work. Because we focus on buildings that Knott will own, lease and manage into the future, we have a vested interest in meeting our tenants’ needs and creating a positive, lasting relationship.
